This course is for learners who have already had more than one year working experience in hotels – restaurants and expected to enhance knowledge and management skill. This is also suitable for students who have finished short-term courses about Restaurant- Hotel or Front Office at school.


Training program is designed based on VTOS standards. Learners will be trained the following Restaurant and Hotel Management Skills:

  3. Beverage Management
  4. Service Management
  5. Food Management
  6. FO Management
  7. Housekeeping  Management
  8. Marketing
  9. Accounting  Management
  10. Training Skill


  • Air-conditioned classrooms with modern equipment classrooms and study materials meeting international standards.
