STHC’s Restaurant Management program trains students in a hands-on environment on all areas of food and beverage service and management, allowing our students to rise above the competition.

During this two-year program students receive an extensive education in all areas of a restaurant including cooking, bartending, restaurant and banquet service, and supervision – all taught by trained professionals with vast experience in the field.

Along with learning the key tools to be a successful restaurant employee, Restaurant Management students are educated about all facets of customer service, and how to best meet the needs of guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our students are also trained in health and safety practices, ensuring that each guest’s experience and health are always the top priority.

One of our core values is to instill passion and enthusiasm within our students, making them ambassadors for both their country and their field.

Students who graduate from our Restaurant Management program are able to become award-winning bartenders, managers at 4-star restaurants, among many other positions in the food and beverage service field.
